Citi was launching a new High Yield Savings Accounts with a higher APY than competitors.
We needed to create a campaign talking about numbers and letters that most of us don’t know exactly what they mean. We decided to show potential customers that opening a Savings account with Citi whs the smater way of saving money for the future, and decided to do it in an entertaining way, comparing it to ridiculous ways some people think can help them can save money.
We decided to bring the fun into Citi’s website as well, by using the now traditional savings calculator that basically every financial institution offers, but with a twist, we calculated the actual amount of ridiculous savings they needed to try to save the amount of interest you can get with our High-Yield Savings account.
